This role will report directly to the Group Health and Safety Manager, and will be further supported by our two Operational Support Coordinators. Our Health and Safety team strive for excellence, which can only be achieved by shared endeavors to proactively integrate safety into the everyday. As the K G Richardson Health and Safety Trainee you will grow your Handamp;S toolbox, knowledge and confidence which will lead to career development opportunities.

Initially the responsibilities of this role will include conducting audits, advising and monitoring processes, reviewing and reporting on data, facilitating training and testing. The workload will evolve with your capabilities and confidence.
